Museum closes for Christmas

THE Widnes Vikings Rugby League Museum at Stobart Stadium Halton has now shut for Christmas and New Year.

Forthcoming rugby league friendlies and football’s mini Merseyside derby between Everton Res and Liverpool Res mean it will not officially re-open until Friday, February 27 (10am).

In the meantime, the museum will open by appointment and anyone wishing to look around can telephone 07968 865596 to arrange a convenient time.
