WHO will follow hot on the heels of winger Dean Gaskell by winning Widnes Vikings’ second player-of-the-month award of the season?

Vikings will stage their March award ceremony on Tuesday, April 15 at Stobart Stadium Halton.

Wing man Dean Gaskell won the inaugural March award and now votes have been counted for last month’s prize.

The poll generated an overwhelming response from fans with more than 2,000 votes being cast.

Fans attending the awards evening in the stadium’s Bridge Suite will be able to meet first-team squad members, coaching staff and the club’s sporting director Terry O’Connor.

Admission is £2 for adults (£1 for children), all funds going to charity.

Fans can vote for their first-team ‘Player of the Month’ via the club website.

Under 21s and Junior Academy awards will be selected from voting slips filled out on matchdays.
