Guaranteed £500 Tote jackpot in December

RUNCORN Linnets FC’s weekly tote will offer a minimum £500 jackpot throughout December with the club also announcing the proceeds from the fundraiser will revert to operational funds.

For the last 12 months, profits have been ploughed into the club’s new ground fund.

A club spokesman said: “We will now revert, as planned, to the funding from the Tote being used for operational matters. “This willŠ ensure we give the manager maximum support to build a strong team on the field.

“The club has come a long way in the last two and a half years, and with your support we can ensure that all our aims are met.”

Normally, the jackpot builds up week by week as it rolls over, but any lucky winners in December will benefit from a guaranteed £500 jackpot, which would be shared out according to the number of weekly wins.

The Linnets Tote has been a good source of weekly income for the club over the last two years.

The spokesman added: “We are keen to extend the number of locations where Tote tickets are available, especially in the workplace.
