Family pays tribute to a cyclist from Halebank, Widnes, killed in road accident

THE family of a cyclist who died in a collision in Widnes last week have paid tribute to him.

Paul John Dyas, aged 40, was involved in a fatal collision on Fiddlers Ferry Road last Wednesday.

A labourer by trade, who was unemployed at the time of the accident, Paul was known to his friends as ‘Frankie’.

He lived the majority of his life in Widnes, most recently in Halebank with his fiancée, Tina. Paul leaves his fiancée, mum, dad, two sisters and nieces and nephews.

His family said he will be sadly missed by family and friends.
