SOAP fans will be in their element when a live musical celebrating Coronation Street hits stages next month.
Street of Dreams will make its debut at the Manchester Arena and will feature well-known faces from the street, past and present.
Hosted by Paul O’Grady, the show will guide fans through events in the soap’s history, bump into well-loved characters, old and new, and pay homage to famous roles, before ending in a dramatic finale.
Julie Goodyear will make a highly anticipated return to play Bet Lynch, complete with her trademark beehive, big earrings and penchant for leopard-skin, while old favourite Kevin Kennedy will reprise his role as loveable intellectual stargazer Curly Watts.
Even renowned serial killer Richard Hillman will be resurrected from the dead, in the form of Brian Capron.
Stars from the current cast, including William Roache and Katy Cavanagh will appear alongside their former neighbours as they take a trip down memory lane.
The show comes to Manchester on March 21 and 22. Tickets priced £25-60 can be booked on 08448 478 000.
