FROM baking and policing to sports and teaching, youngsters have had a taste of potential future jobs at a careers fair.
The Halton Lodge Primary School pupils spoke to the visiting experts about different aspects of their work like wages, hours and fun in the workplace.
All the visitors had their own table with some goodies and information about their particular job, and the children, armed with pens and note books, took turns to visit each table to find out more..
Scriptwriter Maria Ward fired the children’s imaginations and told them about writing films or for television.
Hairdresser Debbie Sheakey spoke about crafting stylish hair cuts, and Steve Wood of Halton Sports Development gave advice on careers in sport.
