Julia Baldwin and Elliot Morgan appeal for Lee Turton, who has Widnes, Macclesfield, Leeds and Wakefield connections and missing since June 13, to contact family

THE family of a missing 37-year-old have made another emotional appeal for him to contact them.

Lee Turton, a father-of-two from Widnes, was last seen at his brother’s Macclesfield home at 9am, on Saturday, June 13.

Julia Baldwin, Lee’s ex-wife, and Elliot Morgan, his brother, made the appeal at a press conference at Macclesfield Town Hall on Friday morning.

Cheshire Police said Mr Turton was last seen in a red T-shirt with the word ‘Brit’ in black and white on it, and dark blue tracksuit bottoms.

He is slim with closely shaven hair, and has connections to Widnes, Macclesfield, Leeds and Wakefield.

Elliot Morgan read the appeal on behalf of Lee’s family.

He said: “Lee, wherever you are, please let us know you are safe and well.

“We understand you feel sad right now and probably cannot see how things can get better, but they will, and we can all help you if you let us know where you are.

“Please ring me, dad, anyone in the family or the police so we can come and get you and give you the support you need.

“We know how much you miss mum and all she would want right now is for you to come home and be with your family and the people who love you.

“If anyone is giving Lee shelter please let us know.”

He added: “Lee, just pick up the phone and let us know you are safe.”

Anyone with information regarding Lee’s whereabouts should call Macclesfield Police on 0845 458 0000.
