Christmas concerts to aid services charity

HIGHFIELD Male Voice Choir will be holding two Christmas concerts to raise funds for “Help for Heroes”, a charity which helps wounded ex-service personnel who are in need of special care.
Last year’s concerts raised cash for Radio Halton and Halton Haven and this year the choir will be joined by two junior schools and Frodsham Silver Band.
On Wednesday, December 17, St Edward’s School, Runcorn, will be singing, and on Thursday, December 18, Lunts Heath School, Widnes, will sing. The concerts on both nights, which begin at 7.30pm, will be accompanied by Frodsham Silver Band.
Tickets are £6 (adults), £2 (children) and are available from the Brindley Theatre box office or by calling 0151 907 8360.
