Service celebrated with slap up meal

A SPECIAL event is being held to celebrate the role Halton’s meal service plays in the care of the elderly.
A lunch at Castlefields community centre in Runcorn on Thursday, October 9, at 12.30pm, is part of National Community Meals Week.
The event is being is backed by Age Concern, Castlefields Medical Centre and the police.
