Big IDEAS for knowledge exchange at campus

DARESBURY Science and Innovation Campus is launching a major collaboration with the three universities to improve the way knowledge is exchanged.
The initiative, which involves the universities of Lancaster, Manchester and Liverpool, is being launched next Thursday by Iain Gray, chief executive of the Technology Strategy Board.
Entitled IDEAS (Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship and Science) at Daresbury, the scheme is based at a new centre on the campus which Mr Gray is officially opening.
The initiative aims to develop effective knowledge exchange between high-tech firms, universities and Government science and technology labs.
