SWING fans are in for a treat this spring when The Pasadena Roof Orchestra hit the stage.
After gracing audiences all over the world with their mix of swing and hot dance music, and celebrating remarkable accomplishments including the recording more than 40 LPs, singles, CDs and DVDs since 1974, the band have found global success.
The band was formed in November 1969 by John Arthy, a baker who moonlighted as a BBC session bass player.
Arthy discovered a cache of original musical arrangements dating from the 1920s in an attic, inspiring him to form his own band.
The orchestra is scheduled to perform at the Venue Cymru, The Promenade, Llandudno, on Thursday, March 29 at 7.30pm.
Tickets for the show are priced from £15 with concessions available.
